B. Cancellation by GSRShopy

In such cases, a full refund (if paid) will be processed.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days
  • Shipping, installation, and service charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours

12. Replacement Policy

Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded, subject to availability and inspection approval.

13. Service & Project-Based Orders

Payments for consultation, installation, commissioning, AMC, or project execution are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14. Shipping & Logistics

  • Customers must ensure safe packaging for approved returns
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error
